With 16 years experience as a dietitian, Jessica has built upon her university tertiary qualifications in nutrition & dietetics with a special interest in eating disorders, gut health and disability nutrition. She enjoys helping clients experiencing malnutrition and chronic disease improve their nutrition and diversify their gut microbiome, with manageable and practical advice. Clients suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), looking to lower their cholesterol through diet and weight loss have also benefited from Jessica's nutrition services. Jessica has supported clients living with Autism and their families to broaden the range of foods they consume and improve the overall nutrition quality of their diets.
